SHIPPING & CLAIMS
- The fulfillment of the orders is 2-3 weeks.
- We use DHL Express GoGreen service for all shipments.
- The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

The shipping prices per kg drops down when your order reaches 30 kg or more.
- Defective or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
- The claim for a damaged item must be sent along with outer box photo and an excel sheet showing the SKU of the item and individual photo otherwise your claim will not be accepted.
- ATR and/or EUR1 certificates for European customers are free of charge.
- We can provide a “Movement Certificate” for your goods depending on your region to minimize customs duty. Please ask your account manager for more information when placing your order.
- All BORNN products ship out of our warehouse in Turkey.
