  • The subject of this Agreement is determining the Parties’ rights and obligations under the Code Regarding Protection of Consumers numbered 6502 for the sale and delivery of the product of which the price and qualities are stated below and which is electronically ordered by the Buyer on wholesale.bornn.com.tr – the website belonging to the Seller. 

    The rights and obligations of the Seller, the Buyer and the Provider, right of withdrawal, information liability, procedures and principles of delivery and other practices will be defined according to the by-law which will enter into force with respect to this issue.
